Matt Bivens, MD
Dr. Bivens is board-certified in emergency medicine and works in the emergency departments of St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, MA, and of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He is an EMS Medical Director who oversees 911 paramedics in southern Massachusetts, and is an instructor in clinical medicine, part-time, with Harvard Medical School.
Victor Pinkes, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Pinkes is board-certified in both emergency medicine and addiction medicine. He has worked in and managed emergency departments throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is the former chief medical officer of Kent Hospital in Rhode Island, and is now chief medical officer of an urgent care network in that state.
Svetlana Bivens manages the business aspects of the practice, including financial matters and patient scheduling.
